Vision

Zolon believes that the current market and economic conditions have forced the IT assets to be valued at huge discounts. A differentiated, well capitalized and well managed consolidation play executed in the next 6 months will be well positioned for an opportunistic growth as soon as the economy improves. Our vision is to build a unique platform where industry leaders, thought leaders, revenue and value generators come together, find synergy among them to take their offerings to the market place cheaper, faster, and better thereby creating value for our shareholders.

Objective

Zolon intends to build the company in three phases:

Phase1: Consolidation of acquired IT assets of up to 100M. These assets would include client interfacing consulting and offshore delivery capability. Phase 1 will activate and launch the public listing. The business assets would deliver 10% EBIT creating a market capitalization of at least 100M based on 10 multiple valuation of similar companies.

Phase 2:   Grow organically and launch a more selective acquisition that fits into Zolon’s capability matrix. Zolon would scale the revenue to 200M in this phase and create robust presence in 2 or 3 carefully chosen high growth industry verticals such as healthcare, clean energy and financial services.

Phase 3: Continue growing organically and reorganize current portfolio to distinct industry verticals and launch building and/or acquiring competence in horizontals such as infrastructure management, identity management, product engineering, business intelligence, internet security, enterprise mobility, business and knowledge process outsourcing etc. Emerge as category leaders in 2 or 3 areas. Scale the revenues to 250M with a target market capitalization of 500M.

Targets

Zolon has identified a number of targets that represent a wide cross section of IT and IT enabled services.  Zolon is in active dialogue with a number of these targets and the discussions are in various stages.

Differentiation

Zolon’s consolidation platform will be unique because it will seek to build integrated value in a phased manner. The platform will provide liquidity, provide valuation mechanism for its participants to progressively move from Personnel (staffing/consulting) to Projects to Partnerships (3P Model). Along the way, the consolidation will create and build intellectual property and create multiple streams of revenues ranging from transactions to turn-key initiatives.
