Power Sports Factory, Inc. ("PSF" or the "Company") carries quality motor scooters and has an exclusive licensing agreement to brand them under the Andretti™ name.  The scooters feature high quality construction, European styling, and fuel economy, all at price points below those of competitors in the higher-quality sector.

Worldwide motor scooter sales are estimated at five million units annually, and sales traction in the U.S. market is being aided by fuel economy that often exceeds 65-70 miles per gallon.  According to the Motorcycle Industry Council, U.S. sales more than doubled during the years 2000 through 2004, and sales during the first six months of 2008 rose 65.7%, year to year.

The Company's principal business thrust is to capitalize on its exclusive, 10-year worldwide licensing agreement with Andretti IV, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, to brand motorcycles and scooters under the Andretti™ name.  The Andretti™ scooters feature European styling and high-quality construction but have price points 30% or so below those of rival Piaggio/Vespa.

The outlook for growth is enhanced by a rapidly growing marketplace, broadening product line, expanding dealer network, and the scaling up of a multi-faceted marketing program.  Management is also exploring a variety of non-traditional points of distribution for its motor scooters.  The market opportunity appears to be so large that even a minor market penetration should result in significant sales and earnings growth.

The Company will likely require significant equity and/or debt financing to fully execute its business plans and achieve profitability.  A new interim inventory funding arrangement is a financial plus.
