Prime Star Group, Inc. (PSGI) is a holding company that focuses on three areas of business:
SmartPaxTM Packaging. Prime Star Group's propietary, safe, unique, efficient and environmentally friendly packaging system stores solids, liquids, ice and beverages of all types - from wine to industrial products. Additionally, SmartPax can be used hot or cold. Our subsidiary Intela-Pac, Inc. builds the machines that make SmartPaxTM, our non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage producers use this packaging, and our distribution subsidiaries distribute those products to businesses across the country. SmartPax are also used for disaster relief services.
High-Quality Beverages and Foods. Prime Star Group's subsidiary companies produce, market and distribute high-quality products: exclusive wines, healthy teas, adult mixed beverages, healthy flavored waters, and gourmet, all-natural seafood products (including the amazing Lobster Slider). We also co-brand and co-pack existing high-end beverages and private label liquors for large hospitality and entertainment brands.
Distribution. Once products are developed and packaged, they need to get to market. Our subsidiaries distribute into the beverage, food retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical and disaster relief markets. Additionally, our logistics company works with our distributors to ensure the entire supply chain remains efficient.
In addition to our great products and powerful marketing and distribution, we have a seasoned, successful management team that is committed to building great, profitable companies.

History
The Company was originally organized on June 1, 1999 as American Career Centers. Inc. On April 2, 2002 we amended our articles of incorporation to charter our name to AMERICAN WATER STAR, INC. On April 3, 2008 the company changed its charter to PRIME STAR GROUP, INC.
Management Team
Roger Mohlman, Chairman, President and CEO
Roger Mohlman joined the Company in April 2002, and brings over 30 years of successful business experience in production, sales development, licensing, sophisticated Wall Street finance, as well as product and business development. Mr. Mohlman has shown his expertise in securing licenses in the apparel and novelty industries, with brands like the NFL, NBA, NHL, all major colleges, NASCAR, Hawaiian Tropic and Cincinnati Kid. Additionally, Mr. Mohlman has major experience in restructuring many high growth businesses and in servicing mass-merchandiser accounts.
Robert Ramsey, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Bob Ramsey has a proven track record of success and strong leadership, a natural entrepreneurship, management experience, particularly strong in business analysis, developing operational division's models and most importantly, driving profitable sales. The positions Mr. Ramsey has held have been senior, i.e. President, CEO, COO, and board positions. Mr. Ramsey has been involved in the turnaround area and developing companies to initiate aggressive, controlled growth with superior results. Mr. Ramsey has proven success in diagnosing operational and technology problems, determining effective and efficient practices, building and facilitating teams to manage change, and implementing best practices and systems across operating functions that have resulted into top line and bottom line performance. He has worked with diverse public and private companies - from toy imports, to alcoholic beverages, to nano technology.
Jerry H. Ludeman, Secretary and Executive Vice President
Mr. Ludeman is a seasoned executive with over 30 years experience in leading companies within the food and beverage industry. He has managed public and private companies Nationally and Internationally in CEO, President and Vice President positions and has served as officer, director, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at corporations with revenues of between $1 million and $1 billion. For eleven years, Mr. Ludeman served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Food Service for Pet Foods.
Mr. Ludeman held the title of President for Barrington Food Group, and Nexterra Marketing, companies that specialized in sales, marketing, product development and manufacturing, in addition to fund raising, organization restructuring and strategic consulting. Mr. Ludeman began his career as VP of International Sales and Marketing with Lubri-Tech Products Div., Phillips Petroleum Company. Mr. Ludeman traveled the world and was instrumental in developing many new product innovations such as touch up paints for the motorcycle industry. Mr. Ludeman attended college at the University of Wisconsin.
Larry Ynfante, Executive Vice President
Larry Ynfante began his career as a Nuclear Engineer developing weapon systems for the Department of Energy. He later transitioned into the Aerospace industry where he held sales and sales management positions and marketed weapon systems to Prime and subcontractors. He spent several years as a Sales Engineer with Allied Signal Aerospace. He later left the Aerospace industry and began marketing cardiac, critical care and hospital clinical and information systems. He held sales and sales management positions for companies like Hewlett Packard/Medical Products Group, Spacelab's and Cardiac Alliance. He was later Vice President of B2B for the Healthchannel.com and was responsible for B2B business and their wireless initiatives to the Pharmaceutical Industry. The company later went public and was sold to an entity in Nevada. Presently he is Executive Vice President and Vice President of Investor/Public Relations for Prime Star Group which is a conglomerate of companies ranging from Alcohol to Food to Medical to Trucking. He is also President and board member of The Health Channel, Inc. (THC), a subsidiary of Prime Star Group. THC is in the health and wellness market place.
Mr. Ynfante holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Biomedical Engineer from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. He finished a Business Management program at UCLA. He also finished his Pre-medicine at UCLA. He holds a Masters Degree in Management and an MBA in Marketing with an emphasis in international studies and marketing from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. He also holds a college teaching credential for Industrial Technology and patents in Nuclear Testing and Medical Instrumentation.

Global Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. ("GFWS") is a master distributor that wholesales and distributes premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in both bottles, cans and SmartPaxTM pouches. GFWS also co-bottles and co-packs and partners with high-end retail, hospitality and entertainment businesses to create unique, branded beverages. GFWS will independently market its wines under the Vintner's Private Reserve luxury brand.
The Health Channel, Inc. produces and distributes healthy food and beverages, and pharmaceutical and medical device containers for the healthcare industry. The company's focus will be on healthy beverages, high- and mid-alkaline waters, natural and nutritious seafood products, as well as biodegradable device and pharmaceutical packaging. Our beverage and liquid container products will utilize SmartPaxTM, an environmentally-friendly, waste-efficient, cost-effective and chemically safe pouch system.
Wild Grill Foods, Inc. is a manufacturer of healthy, gourmet seafood products designed to give consumers the type of foods they desire, yet at a price point that is affordable. With the increasing consumer demand for healthier lifestyle food and gourmet flavors, Wild Grill produces seafood items such as Crab, Lobster, Salmon and Shrimp Fusion Sliders and Mahi-Mahi, Pacific Salmon, and Ahi Tuna Fish Burgers, which are high in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and taste great.
